About The Position

The Store Director is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and operation of the store. This role drives sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team engagement while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with company standards.

Requirements

Proven leadership and talent‑development capabilities
Strong understanding of retail operations and financial performance
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous store‑level leadership experience required
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Grocery or multi‑department retail management experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and direct all aspects of store operations, sales, and performance
Drive financial results through sales growth, margin control, labor management, and shrink reduction
Set customer service expectations and ensure an outstanding shopping experience
Develop, coach, and hold leaders accountable for results and standards
Oversee hiring, training, succession planning, and performance management for store leadership
Ensure execution of merchandising, pricing, inventory, and promotional strategies
Maintain compliance with safety, food safety, sanitation, and company policies
Analyze store performance metrics and implement action plans for continuous improvement
Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable store culture
Partner with district and corporate leadership to execute strategic initiatives
