About The Position

The Store Director is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and operation of the store. This role drives sales, profitability, customer service excellence, and team engagement while ensuring compliance with all company policies, labor standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures. The Store Director serves as the primary leader of the location and is accountable for delivering results through people, process, and execution.

  • Oversees day-to-day store operations
  • Ensures execution of company standards, policies, and operational programs
  • Monitors inventory levels, ordering, shrink controls, and labor utilization
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Drives sales growth and profitability
  • Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Controls expenses and ensures adherence to budgetary guidelines
  • Executes promotional plans and seasonal initiatives
  • Champions exceptional customer service and resolves escalated customer concerns
  • Ensures store conditions and service levels align with company expectations
  • Builds strong relationships within the community
  • Maintains a safe work environment
  • Ensures safety training, incident reporting, and corrective actions are completed timely
  • Upholds company compliance standards and audit readiness

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, coach, and engage store leadership and associates to achieve operational and performance goals
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management across all departments
  • Partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition on hiring, development, corrective action, and succession planning
  • Oversee all day‑to‑day store operations including merchandising, presentation, cleanliness, and safety
  • Ensure execution of company standards, policies, and operational programs
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering, shrink controls, and labor utilization
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including food safety and labor laws
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective planning and execution
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margin, labor, and shrink
  • Control expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
  • Execute promotional plans and seasonal initiatives to meet business objectives
  • Champion exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns
  • Ensure store conditions and service levels align with company expectations
  • Build strong relationships within the community to enhance store reputation and engagement
  • Maintain a safe work environment for associates and customers
  • Ensure safety training, incident reporting, and corrective actions are completed timely
