Doyles Sheehan is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented leader to oversee our field merchandising and store environment strategy. This Exempt role, reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Relations, combines technical execution with strategic management of field merchandising, ensuring that the merchandising strategies align with overall company goals and enhance the customer experience in stores. As the Store Development Manager, you are the bridge between corporate strategy and field execution. You will lead a team of 10+ direct reports, including both Store Development staff and Merchandisers.
