About The Position

Cargill's Wilbur Chocolate Retail is seeking a part-time Store Clerk for its busy and fun retail store located in Lititz, PA. This role is crucial for the successful operation of the store, and we are looking for creative, responsible, and dedicated individuals to join our team. The store produces chocolate confections and repackages chocolate and related products into smaller sizes and gift packages for direct consumer sales across North America. The position is part-time with evening and weekend shifts available.

Requirements

Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.
Minimum of 18 years old.
Ability to perform physical job duties including standing/walking for the duration of the shift, lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).

Nice To Haves

Basic computer skills.
Retail and customer service experience.
High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience.
Experience in a food production environment.

Responsibilities

Pack confections in bulk and gift packaging.
Assist with producing and packing specialty kitchen items as needed.
Fill store shelves and assist with other related retail tasks.
Provide high-quality customer service and assistance to store customers.
Demonstrate dependability and a positive team attitude.
Learn and maintain all personal and food safety GMPs.
Learn how to use a weight scale.
Quickly and accurately learn and operate a touch screen cash register to check out customers.
Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
