About The Position
The Store clerk will provide excellent customer service. The Store clerk will have product knowledge, assist with cashiering needs and other day to day operations.
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
- Valid NY State driver's license that meets agency standards and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assists in day to day responsibilities of the store
- Prepares, packages and fills deli items for vending
- Utilizes meat slicer and cheese slicer as needed
- Assists with receiving, unloading, stocking, filling & rotating merchandise
- Friendly Customer Service towards all store patrons
- Receives product deliveries, ensuring accuracy of order & invoice
- Maintains back-stock areas according to department standards
- Maintains communication with store management & team
- General housekeeping
- Ensures compliance with store policies.
- Other related duties as assigned by manager.
