About The Position

UNIQLO is seeking individuals who aspire to grow and develop into true professionals for their new store in British Columbia at Tsawwassen Mills. The Store Associate is the customer service specialist of the store, responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs, and providing in-depth information about UNIQLO's high quality, long-lasting, innovative clothing at an affordable price. Teamwork is essential, and team members are encouraged to take initiative and actively participate in all aspects of the business. All employees have the potential to take on greater responsibility and rise within the organization.

Requirements

• Full Time Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to 40 hours per week.
• Part Time Store Associates must be able to work up to 32 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
• Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.
• Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Other duties as assigned.
