About The Position

As a Store Associate, you bring the Vera Bradley brand to life as its customer-facing representative. You work with store leadership to achieve sales goals and provide every guest with an excellent shopping experience and best-in-class customer service. You uphold Vera Bradley’s core values and help make the world a brighter place through every customer interaction. The role involves recommending products to meet customers’ needs, selling additional items, reaching out to customers, supporting team selling, carrying out daily operational procedures, maintaining visual standards, and keeping the store organized and inviting. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak business needs. The position is incentive eligible based on company and store metrics. The stated base pay range is $11.83–$17.79 per hour, with starting pay of $14.00 USD; individual pay depends on work location.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak business needs.
• Ability to walk and stand constantly, and to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Strong sensory skills, including good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity.
• Ability to consistently lift 10–35 lbs., occasionally lift up to 55 lbs., and push or pull more than 55 lbs.
