About The Position

This is a part-time position at the McMinnville Store in McMinnville, TN. The Store Associate will support Chattanooga Goodwill's Mission, Vision, and Values through their actions and decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational guiding principles. Maintaining confidentiality of agency, employee, and participant information is crucial, as violations may lead to termination. Punctual and dependable attendance is expected. The role involves providing excellent customer service to customers and donors, directing complaints to management, and consistently performing work tasks according to training and instructions. Responsibilities include effectively transitioning product to the retail sales floor with attention to detail and urgency, abiding by Goodwill's policies and procedures, and ensuring the security of all company assets and donations. The Store Associate will also perform general sales floor and production area duties, cross-train in all work areas, and communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers. Promoting cooperation and teamwork is essential. The role includes assisting in loading and unloading Goodwill trucks and trailers, maintaining a neat, clean, and organized production work area and retail sales floor, and adhering to safety and security practices, including reporting hazards and injuries. Attendance and completion of all required training and meetings are necessary. Other duties may be assigned.
