Store Associate/Deli
About The Position
The Store Associate/Deli assists customers with product selection, answers questions, processes payments at the register, and helps maintain store and deli cleanliness and organization. The role also ensures shelves are adequately stocked while providing excellent customer service and upholding company standards. The employee performs regular daily duties and tasks assigned by the manager, including balancing tills at the end of the day, maintaining safe working conditions, following company policies and security procedures, and helping maintain the facility's professional appearance.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age for full-time positions.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous service to customers in the store.
- Balance tills at the end of the day.
- Complete duties assigned daily by the manager along with regular daily duties.
- Help ensure safe working conditions for store employees and customers.
- Practice all company policies.
- Stock merchandise and store items.
- Follow security procedures, including inventory control, merchandise and cash management, and accident or incident reporting.
- Check the work schedule and report to work on time.
- Help maintain facility landscaping and clean and maintain the professional appearance of the building, parking areas, and driveways.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
