About The Position

The Store Assistant Manager will be a friendly and knowledgeable resource for every customer, answering questions and making product recommendations. This role involves connecting with customers by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs. The Assistant Manager will share the responsibility of running the store with the manager, operate the cash register, and use the computer for business tasks and product research. Additionally, they will maintain a clean, tidy, and attractive store by following merchandising standards.

Requirements

Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver a positive experience
Experienced Runner with a love of the sport and of the running community
Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running, walking, and fitness environment
Love of learning and ability to grasp new concepts and product knowledge quickly
Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision
Able to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written English
Available weekdays and weekends!!
