For this role, we’re looking for one 20 hour/week employee who can perform essential functions for all 3 locations: Point Loma, 70th St, and Vista. This role may include conducting weekly walk-throughs at each store using a checklist, checking for properly closed locks, performing light maintenance, notifying the district manager of any issues, cutting locks in the presence of the district manager for units going to auction and taking photos, cleaning out vacated units, picking up detritus, and reporting daily to the district manager with walk-through results.
