About The Position

FLOFORM Countertops is seeking a Stone Countertop Installer (1099 Sub-Contractor) to join their team. The role requires travel between Missoula and Kalispell, and willingness to travel in all surrounding areas. Requirements

2+ years previous experience with stone countertops
Must have liability insurance and workers comp coverage etc.
Be able to read/understand custom, detailed layouts
Deliver high quality professional service along with exceptional customer service on behalf of Accent Countertops
Have reliable transportation and able to provide own tools for the job
Be flexible and willing to stay and get the job done right the first time
Pass a background check

Responsibilities

Travel to customers' homes/business to install stone countertops
Determine and implement the best layout to achieve a desired pattern for tile installation to achieve highest quality workmanship on the job site
Remove any old stone, tile, grout and adhesive using chisels and scrapers and clean the surface carefully
Follow specifications for installation of new stone including accurate measures, proper installation to fit around obstacles, application of motor, finishing and dressing joints etc.
Remove and replace cracked or damaged countertops
Other duties as assigned
