This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards. The position also involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer survey, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role requires participation in stocking and planogram processes, merchandise recovery and maintenance, Store In Stock Optimization (SISO), AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is essential, along with interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting organizational values, and serving as a role model. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also a part of the role, along with other assigned duties.
