About The Position

Our Store Support employees primary focus is to maintain the stockroom accurately, and to ensure our sales floor is neat and welcoming. This is an in-person position. This is not a frontline customer service sales role. Instead, Stockroom Support staff receive basic knowledge and skills training to be able to assist customers with returns and sales during busy times but their main focus is to help the manager and store staff with daily activities as they relate to inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Return merchandise from customer interactions to their original locations accurately and ready to show.
  • Receiving incoming stock transfers accurately and place in the correct locations
  • Process transfers requests from other locations promptly, with a high degree of accuracy
  • Inventory management
  • Maintain quality of inventory by restocking merchandise carefully, paying attention to mating, color, style and proper repacking techniques.
  • Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently.
