You’ll review any notes or requests from the previous shift and prepare to keep things moving smoothly for clinical teams. You begin by stocking up and heading out on your first round of deliveries. With cart in hand, you move through patient care areas and departments, delivering supplies exactly where they’re needed—accurately and on time. In the stockroom, as deliveries arrives. You’ll receive incoming shipments, carefully checking items against purchase orders and packing slips. If something isn’t right—damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies—you flag it immediately and help resolve it. Safety is always top of mind—you follow infection prevention protocols, handle materials properly, and ensure everything meets regulatory standards.
