Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
At least 1 year of experience of warehouse/stockroom experience
Must be fluent and able to read and write English.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as emails, report and correspondence.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Excellent communication skills.
Moderate computer knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to use mathematics to solve problems.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions.
Strong organizational skills, strict attention to details and ability to multitask and prioritize as necessary, with minimal supervisory direction.
Must be flexible in handling multiple tasks.
Must work well with others.
Willingness to work hard and long hours, when needed.
Must be available to work overtime and some Saturdays, as needed.

Responsibilities

Responsible for pulling parts from inventory for work orders.
Performs accurate inventory checks as directed.
Responsible for receiving parts to Stockrooms and maintaining traceability documentation related to parts.
Maintain proper Shelf life of consummables.
Utilize computer systems and printers (e.g. recording inventory transactions, generate labels, l
Organize and maintain stockroom area.
Maintain appropriate levels of supplies; replenish as needed.
Recognize & take steps to resolve inventory discrepancies/work area issues,
Assist Shipping & Receiving, as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
