About The Position

Stockroom Associates share responsibility for shipping and receiving merchandise, keeping stockroom and off-site storage areas organized, processing merchandise so it is floor-ready, supporting sales potential through high customer-service standards, maintaining store appearance, replenishing the sales floor, and minimizing shortages. The role also supports inventory, operational, and visual-presentation activities while working as part of the store team.

Responsibilities

Process HUB and third-party deliveries and special orders, including receiving and shipping merchandise.
Maintain an organized stockroom and off-site storage area, including merchandise, fixtures, hardware, and general cleanliness.
Ensure merchandise styles and sizes are well represented and maintain appropriate inventory levels on the sales floor.
Place and replenish merchandise in accordance with visual presentation standards and in a timely manner.
Make customer service the top priority and follow customer-service guidelines.
Maintain the store appearance in line with division standards and keep management informed about merchandise-related issues.
Complete POS setup, markdowns, and re-merchandising as needed.
Ensure paperwork is accurate and follow company policies, procedures, and the Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program.
Maintain productivity in non-selling tasks such as shipment processing, inventory counting, and price changes.
Manage time, prioritize tasks, take direction, and complete assigned responsibilities.
Demonstrate professional conduct, follow the divisional dress code, and work collaboratively toward store goals.
Treat store staff professionally, courteously, and respectfully; communicate concerns to management and support company and management decisions.
Take an active role in personal development and develop proficiency in operational policies and procedures.
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication and knowledge of store merchandise.
