About The Position

As a Stockroom Associate at Duluth Trading Company, you are the backbone of the store's operation, ensuring the team can deliver on its promise to every customer. This role is crucial for maintaining the store's efficiency and creating exceptional customer experiences. The position requires availability to start at 7:00 AM.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Efficiently unload, sort, and process freight shipments, managing the flow of merchandise from truck to stockroom and sales floor.
Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders, including online purchases for in-store pickup and items shipping directly from the store.
Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized stockroom, including replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
Collaborate with sales associates by maintaining product availability and communicating about new arrivals and stock levels.
Adhere to all company policies for safety, merchandising, and cleanliness.
Perform other duties as directed by management to support the overall success of the store.
