About The Position
The STEP Associate is responsible for efficiently unloading inbound freight, processing merchandise, and stocking the sales floor within established time frames. This role requires strong time management, physical endurance, and the ability to work accurately under productivity standards to support daily store operations. 20-25 hours weekly. 4:00 am start time.
