The Stockroom Associate II is responsible for adhering to all ESD and Board Handling requirements, including Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling based on component moisture sensitive levels (MSL). This role utilizes process sheets to ensure correct product builds and revisions, verifies part numbers against kit supplies, and reads/interprets work instructions. The associate will use a digital volt multi-meter (DVM) to read and document component values, load and unload feeders for surface mount machines, and use a reel counter for counting SMD on reels. A computer program is used to create inventory labels. The position supports work cells by pulling kits and filling shortages, filling material requisitions, and distributing items. Accurate documentation, including Inventory Control Cards, Pick Sheets, Miscellaneous Issues, Incoming Travelers, and Miscellaneous Receipts, is crucial. The associate will kit material according to specifications, work with small to large components potentially requiring magnification, and use various component preparation machines and hand tools. Support for cycle counts, entering daily inventory transactions into Profit Key, identifying and resolving inventory issues, and seeking supervisor assistance when needed are key duties. The role also involves supporting Receiving and Shipping personnel, participating in physical inventory, and adhering to ISO standards and corporate 6S objectives. All other assigned duties are also part of the role.
