About The Position
Ellis Home & Garden on Richmond Rd. in Texarkana, TX is now accepting applications for a Stockman/Greenhouse Associate - Seasonal position. This position will help operate our store on a day-to-day basis. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Lifting 50+/- pounds repeatedly
- Pottery, Soil/Mulch, Concrete, Furniture, etc.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions periodically
- Computer proficiency required
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Must be 18 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred
- Retail point of sale experience preferred
- Experience working in a Greenhouse/Garden Center setting
Responsibilities
- Working in our Greenhouse, stocking and providing customer service throughout the store.
- Tending to our plants and flowers inside the Greenhouse.
- Unloading delivery trucks.
- Loading customer purchases.
- Stocking merchandise throughout the store.
