About The Position

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter supports the overall operations and health of the retail store campus. This seasonal role focuses on completing non-selling tasks during overnight hours, reducing the amount of such work performed by Sales Outfitters and allowing them to focus on customer service and selling opportunities.

The role includes replenishment across store departments; inventory support; price changes; recovery; visual merchandising; planogram execution and maintenance; and support for OMNI fulfillment during peak business. Tasks are performed under direct supervision, according to defined policies and procedures, and are reviewed by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Regular computer work, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management by completing on-demand counts, empty-peg scanning, display integrity checks, and related tasks in partnership with the Inventory Control team.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Perform department recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising in assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage and end-cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, merchandise preparation and setup for ads, and department resets when required.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
