(CAN) Stocking 1 Team Associate
About The Position
This position is responsible for completing assigned stocking activities, which includes accurately stocking picks and new merchandise in a safe and clean environment. The Associate will work as part of a team to plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service by assisting customers, promoting products and services, locating merchandise, and resolving customer issues. Additionally, the Associate will prepare the backroom for stock unloading, maintain modular integrity, and ensure a safe and hazard-free work environment.

Responsibilities
- Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
- Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store.
- Accurately signing merchandise.
- Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
- Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
- Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
- Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
- Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
