This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include truck unloading, merchandise stocking, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The team member will also participate in stocking, planogram processes, merchandise recovery, and support shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is essential. The role requires interacting positively with others, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also part of the responsibilities, along with other assigned duties.
