About The Position

To inventory, receive, stock and distribute food products and related other food service products inclusive of cleaning supplies for Food Service Department and patient care areas.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to be active and on feet most of the day.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull light to medium weight objects.
• Ability to occasionally push and pull heavy weight objects.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with patients, visitors, hospital staff, and co-workers.
• Ability to be self-sufficient.
• Ability to keep well organized and clean.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in food service preferred or on-the-job training.
