The Stocker is responsible for maintaining organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing merchandise displays to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. This role includes unloading and unpacking incoming shipments, sorting products, and placing them in the appropriate departments, on shelves, in bins, or in storage areas according to company procedures. The Stocker may perform routine inventory counts and assist with inventory management as needed. In addition, the position requires providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with questions or locating products, and working closely with management and fellow team members. Other duties may be assigned to support overall store operations.
