The Stocker position is a part-time role with evening availability. The primary responsibilities involve merchandising, ensuring product areas are stocked, rotated, and displayed attractively for customer access and to maximize sales and profitability. This includes accurately stocking and pricing merchandise, completing build-to's for ordering, and validating deliveries by checking invoices and resolving discrepancies. The role also requires preparing in-store displays and providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, thanking them, and resolving routine concerns. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment is crucial, involving sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning various store areas, and disposing of trash. Employees are expected to inspect facilities and equipment for safety and cleanliness, and clean equipment such as coffee machines and refrigeration units. Administrative duties include attending meetings, assisting with inventory levels and shift audits, fostering cooperation, and performing duties with minimal supervision. Other duties may be assigned by the Store Manager.
