This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop the store and find what they are looking for, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role involves completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises. The Stocker will also engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role supports shrink and safety programs and adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements. The Stocker is expected to interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive and respectful, promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values, and project a positive image as a role model for other Team Members. This role may also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
