Requirements

• Safety-minded and detail-oriented.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in ambient, refrigerated, and frozen conditions with appropriate PPE/work gear provided by us.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to their schedule.
• Team players who support a positive work environment.
• 18 years or older.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and replenishing products across various departments.
• Rotating inventory.
• Preparing stock for order selectors.
• Maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Using warehouse equipment (including power industrial trucks if certified) to safely transport products to their designated storage areas.
• Accurately rotate and restock inventory for the order selection team.
• Transport products from receiving docks to designated storage areas using manual or powered equipment.
• Open cases and stock individual items on shelves or pallets.
• Maintain proper product rotation to prevent spoilage or expired goods.
• Face and organize products to keep shelves clean and pickable.
• Perform daily checks to meet industrial safety, food safety, and HACCP guidelines.
• Monitor inventory conditions and report issues such as damages or spoilage.
• Help maintain a clean, safe work environment by following sanitation schedules and removing debris or spills promptly.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (if trained/certified), with incentives available for certified usage.
• Support other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
