In this role, you’ll focus on preparing ready-to-enjoy fruits and vegetables -- creating fresh-cut bowls, party trays, and grab-and-go items that make healthy eating easy. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in presentation, and wants to help customers find quick, healthy meal solutions! At Wegmans our Produce department helps customers live healthier, better lives by offering a variety of delicious and unique fruits and vegetables from around the world. As part of the Produce team, you'll work with others to educate our customers and ensure the freshest fruits and vegetables are available throughout the day. Responsibilities
- Cut, prep, and package fresh fruits and vegetables for bowls, trays, and convenience items
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality and freshness
- Keep prep areas clean, organized, and efficient
- Stock and rotate grab-and-go items to maintain full, appealing displays
- Ensure all products meet Wegmans’ high standards for quality and presentation
