About The Position

Our GIG HARBOR, WA store is seeking a Full Time Stocker/Merchandiser. The Stocker Merchandiser is responsible for maintaining shelf stock and department level merchandising. This role involves placing merchandise on the sales floor, setting up displays, cultivating a well-merchandised store, and stocking merchandise as directed by store management. The position also requires product rotation based on the store's schedule, including holiday merchandise, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and employees. Requirements

1 -- 3 months of related experience and/or training
Attends every scheduled shift
Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
Self-motivated; resourceful, creative; high integrity; problem solver; looks to resolve issues; positive can-do approach; and ability to build effective working relationships
Regularly required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
