About The Position

Our GIG HARBOR, WA store is seeking a Full Time Stocker Merchandiser. The position is responsible for maintaining shelf stock and department level merchandising. Requirements

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required
1 -- 3 months of related experience and/or training
Attends every scheduled shift
Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of customers.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Self-motivated; resourceful, creative; high integrity; problem solver; looks to resolve issues; positive can-do approach; and ability to build effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

Placing merchandise on the sales floor and set up displays
Cultivates a well-merchandised/displayed store
Stocks store with merchandise as directed by store management
Rotates product on display based on the store's rotation schedule, including holiday merchandise.
Maintains a safe working/shopping environment for customers and employees.
