About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with customers and co-workers.
Willingness and ability to lift, climb, reach, twist, and bend, and to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Results-driven attitude and commitment to delivering great service.
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work hard as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with construction or building materials.
At least one year of forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Help customers find products, offer recommendations, and load purchases into vehicles.
Check materials to ensure they are ready for quick and accurate deliveries.
Load materials safely and pack items correctly for transport.
Keep the yard organized and products easy to locate.
Assist with deliveries, operate forklifts or company vehicles, and unload products.
Keep up with training and learn about products and safety rules.
Help with customer service in different areas as needed.
Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean.
Assist with counting inventory to ensure stock levels are accurate.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
