About The Position

Responsibilities
- Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery.
- Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
- Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items.
- Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
- Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
- Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
- Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
- Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Manages overnight hours effectively and planning accordingly to stay energized and focused.
- Effectively manages work hours and plans ahead to maintain energy and focus throughout the shift.
- Handles a fast-paced workload with efficiency, ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time.
