This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the Brand Promises. The team member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role involves participating in stocking and planogram processes, managing merchandise returns, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. The position requires interacting positively with others, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and performing other duties as assigned.
