About The Position

The Stock Support will effectively perform administrative and back of house duties in support of a variety of assigned functions required for the Boutique and the Head Office, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service and stock management
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills (essential)
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicate skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to work retail business hours which include weekends and flexible to business demands, including some out of hours as required.
  • Professional presentation and behaviour

  • Experience in retail is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the back of house areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Assisting with back of house operations such as, receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence; preparation and organization of boutique inventories
  • Ensuring Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked
  • Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as needed
  • Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and management within own and other Boutiques, as well as with CHANEL Head Office as required
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to colleagues at all times, including prompt response to requests from Clients, Boutique Management and Head Office
  • Work effectively and efficiently within the team, ensuring memos and information notices are current and posted in each areas and staff room
  • Apply a helpful and courteous manner towards all colleagues, remaining reliable, supportive and flexible as the business demands
  • Ensure absolute confidentiality of the Company’s commercial activities and internal affairs at all times
