About The Position

We’re looking for a Stock Replenishment Analyst / Purchasing Agent to join our Stock Replenishment team—a key role that helps keep our shelves full, our customers happy, and our operations running like clockwork. This role is crucial for ensuring that stock stays replenished by inputting and sending accurate purchase orders, working closely with suppliers to confirm pricing, quantities, and shipping schedules, and monitoring and following up on open POs to resolve issues before they become problems. The analyst will also communicate across departments to provide updates and insights, analyze stock needs, and assist with reports, charts, and supply chain trends. Additionally, the role involves scheduling truckloads and coordinating deliveries with shipping partners, utilizing Excel, Outlook, and internal systems to keep everything running smoothly.

Requirements

Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
