With over 50 retail stores across the country, Urban Barn is a national retail chain offering high-quality furniture and home décor. Contribute to the customer experience through supporting the store with an organized and cohesive visual presentation. As a Product Operations Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming stock deliveries and maintaining the backroom organization. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights, and weekends). Requirements
- Detail oriented and organized
- Must have manual dexterity to perform tasks such as: working on ladders, moving boxes and furniture, and bending
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs, unwrap, wrap, and build furniture
- Flexible schedule to work a minimum of 3 days (15-20 hours) per week – including at least 1 weekend and 1 weekday daytime shift (store operation hour is 9:30am to 6:30pm)
Nice To Haves
- 1 year Customer Service experience preferred
- Experience in Retail Sales and/or Visual Merchandising preferred
Responsibilities
- Replenish product on the sales floor
- Manage and receive stock
- Ensure the backroom is organized and efficient
- Support Customer Service and Experience
- Support Visual presentations including following visual directives and confiming placement of all products on sales floor
