Oscar is hiring a Stock Plan Manager to join their Total Rewards team. The Stock Plan Manager will be responsible for leading the operations of Oscar Health's equity plan administration and owning the end-to-end program for all equity-related events. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of equity programs, including stock options, RSUs, and PSUs. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with various departments such as Total Rewards, People, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Payroll. Additionally, the role will contribute to broader Total Rewards team projects, particularly in Executive Compensation. The position reports to the Director, Executive Compensation.
