About The Position

Bloom Energy is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to join their team. This role is responsible for the administration of the company's equity incentive programs, including stock plans and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a confidential environment. Requirements

  • Six years of stock plan administration experience in a multi-national corporation.
  • Strong working knowledge of stock administration software (Equity Edge Online).
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple project requests with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables).
  • Excellent writing, strong verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment, ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Ability to function in a highly confidential environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred and/or lieu of transferable working experience.
  • CEP designation or working toward obtaining is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Bloom Energy’s equity incentive plan in various jurisdictions.
  • Manage stock plan administration using Equity Edge (ETrade) software, including processing grants, cancellations, option exercises, vesting, and release of restricted stock units.
  • Handle tax withholding for equity awards.
  • Prepare and distribute electronic and paper grant agreement packages.
  • Administer the Employee Stock Purchase Plan enrollment periods, process purchases, and track disqualifying dispositions.
  • Organize and maintain stock administration records.
  • Coordinate with US and International Payroll for accurate tax withholding.
  • Ensure and maintain SOX compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with Section 16 and Rule 10b5-1 reporting requirements.
  • Work with outside brokers and service providers.
  • Respond to employee questions and provide customer service.
  • Generate recurring reports for internal and external corporate partners.
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests and projects.
