About The Position

The Stock Lead is responsible for overseeing all functions of the stockroom including receiving and processing shipment, merchandise organization, and sales floor replenishment. The Stock Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through effective and efficient merchandise processes.

Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years required.
Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
At least 1 year of stockroom experience is preferred.
No supervisory/ management experience is required.
Maintain a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

Oversees stockroom organization, shipment processing, and inventory replenishment.
Manages all scanning tasks, recalls, transfers, and area cleanliness.
Maintains visual merchandising standards by auditing displays, steaming apparel, and ensuring correct sizing.
Actively drives sales through customer engagement and by monitoring service lines.
Monitors and processes digital orders quickly and accurately.
Assists customers with in-store order pickups efficiently and with urgency.
Coaches, trains, and assigns work to associates while building strong team relationships.
Keeps management updated on business flow and uses feedback to improve performance.
Follows and enforces all company handbook policies, safety guidelines, and dress code standards.
Collaborates with the team to achieve daily operational goals.
