About The Position
The Stock & Housekeeping Associate supports store operations by maintaining an appealing, clean environment for customers and employees, helping uphold Von Maur’s reputation and encourage customer loyalty. The role also handles incoming and outbound merchandise and supplies, distributing incoming items to the appropriate areas and departments. Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts is required.

- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and appealing store environment for customers and employees.
- Vacuum carpets, remove carpet spots, dry mop and wet mop floors, and use a scrubbing machine.
- Collect trash.
- Clean and restock restrooms throughout the business day.
- Clean entrances, escalators, employee lounges, locker rooms, and employee restrooms.
- Unload trucks carrying new merchandise and supplies and distribute items to the proper areas and departments.
- Load outbound merchandise and supplies onto trucks.
