About The Position

The Stock Handler is responsible for maintaining the flow of packaging materials and finished goods throughout the production area. This position supplies packaging to the Extrusion and Contour Departments, removes completed products to maintain clear aisles and work areas, and prepares finished goods for Shipping. The Material Handler verifies skid counts, labeling, wrapping, and overall load condition to ensure finished products are accurate, secure, and ready for shipment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years experience in fast-paced warehouse setting
Data entry and keyboarding skills
Ability to read work instructions in English
Commitment to safety and quality
Proven track record of excellent attendance
Proficient with weights and measures
Forklift certification
Regular and Reliable Attendance
Reading
Writing
Visual Acuity
Ascend/Descend Stairways and Platforms with Heights of up to 50+ feet
Standing for 12 hours
Walking

Reaching
Pushing
Pulling
Lifting/Carrying up to 30 pounds (higher weights require a two-person lift)

Responsibilities

Work in accordance with safety rules and actively support safety team
Maintain a clean and debris-free work area
Adhere to Quality Management System Procedures
Ensure production lines are continuously supplied with raw materials according to the specified recipe
Accurately complete paperwork and maintain organized records for processing
Maintain accurate paperwork and print any required labels to ensure proper identification and tracking of materials
Transport materials to appropriate location
Perform daily maintenance and inspections of the forklift
Provide break relief for other material handlers
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
