Modern Hyundai of Concord has an immediate opening for an Automotive Stock Clerk. Join the team of talented parts professionals at Modern Hyundai of Concord. Responsibilities for this position include: Check in stock orders and put parts in the correct BINS locations. Pull technician orders and dispatch them to the shop. Receive, reconcile, and locate shipments from outside vendors. Obtain parts from local vendors as needed via Company vehicle. Help with inventory management of current and new parts. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Parts Department Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors. Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry Unloads truck each night, returning all paperwork and undelivered parts. Qualified candidates will be highly organized and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Applicants may be asked occasionally to lift to 70 lbs. A High school diploma or GED is required.
