It supports the smooth flow of supplies, uniform items, and license materials that help staff perform their duties effectively.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in stores control work, including one year of experience with responsibility for the operation of a small storeroom
• Graduation from a high school or vocational school, or any equivalent combination of experience and training
• Ability to perform essential job functions

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels for clothing, supplies, and equipment used by field staff and other employees
• Receive inventory, verify packing lists and purchase orders, and add new items into the database
• Pick, pack, and ship materials and clothing to Harrisburg Headquarters, regional offices, and field personnel
• Handle UPS shipments, prepare labels, track packages, and resolve missing package issues
• Operate warehouse systems, respond to resource account requests, and assist with asset labeling and verification
• Use a Vision engraving machine to create name tags and signage for staff across the agency
