The Stock Associate role involves receiving shipments, accurately maintaining inventory records, and managing stockroom and off-site locations. This position assists the sales team in replenishing the sales floor after shipments or during recovery periods, ensuring the highest level of customer service standards for both internal and external customers. Key duties include scanning shipments, ticketing and stocking merchandise, providing feedback on inventory levels and damages, organizing the stockroom, ensuring merchandise is safely stored and easily accessible, packing merchandise for customer deliveries, transporting items between stockroom locations, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the stockroom. The role may also involve assisting on the sales floor during peak times and completing assigned daily tasks, all while complying with company policies and procedures to minimize loss.
