About The Position
Boot Factory Outlet is opening a new store in Arlington, TX in May 2026 and is seeking Stock Associates. This role involves receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise, stocking shelves and displays, assisting with inventory management, maintaining the stockroom, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive customer experience. The company is a leader in the western and work boot industry, offering products from top national brands with a 'Buy One Pair, Get Two Pair FREE' promotion.
Requirements
- The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.
- A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish
- A high school diploma or GED.
- The ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise as needed
- bending, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift
- Ability to freely access all areas of the selling floor, stock area, and the ability to stand for entire shift.
- The ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
- Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the stock area, generally weighing 0 - 50 pounds.

- Previous retail or stock experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise deliveries
- Stock shelves and displays with products in a timely manner
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
- Support sales associates by providing requested items promptly.
