Requirements

• 1-2 years of stockroom or related work experience
• Basic product knowledge & passion for our Brand
• Exceptional time management & organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to be mobile in the stockroom or sales floor for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift & mobilize medium to large items, up to 100 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment & safety techniques
• Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Casual associates (PB, PK and WE): Must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and one during the week (Monday to Thursday). Associates must be available for annual inventory and entire holiday season (November and December).
• Casual Associate (WS): Must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts during the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday) and two regularly scheduled shifts during weekdays.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of customer service experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple tasks simultaneously
• Provide world-class customer service at the back door
• Be mobile in the stockroom or sales floor for extended periods of time
• Lift & mobilize medium to large items, up to 100 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment & safety techniques
• Meet the needs of the business
• Be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and one during the week (Monday to Thursday)
