About The Position

Stock Associates control the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the retail sales floor. They receive, unpack, organize, store, package, and label merchandise, and support the shopping experience by providing customer service and ringing up customers as needed. The role calls for an engaging, service-oriented, organized, efficient, thoughtful, and self-motivated person who is excited to meet new people and interested in personal growth and development.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making sales goals by consistently executing merchandise flow routines.
• Process merchandise deliveries according to the store delivery schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
• Work with management to execute floor sets.
• Consistently meet store merchandising and operations standards.
• Assist with the physical inventory process.
• Support the store management team with shortage reduction measures.
• Model the company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
• Provide customer service and ring up customers as needed.
