About The Position

As a Stock Associate, you help ensure smooth behind-the-scenes store operations. You receive and replenish products efficiently on the sales floor, maintain an organized stock room, package customer orders promptly, and assist with other tasks as needed. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining an organized stock room.
• Learn the store shipment systems and comply with merchandise handling guidelines.
• Maintain presentation standards and act in a manner that aligns with brand values.
• Support the store team in exceeding selling and service expectations for customers.
• Receive and replenish products efficiently on the sales floor.
• Package customer orders promptly and assist with other tasks as required.
